Automated Programming
Semi-automatic MES programming, fully automatic inline programming and SPD verification fixtures — all traceable through MES.
For production lines that need automation we offer three approaches — from semi-automatic fixtures to fully automatic inline programming — all able to integrate with MES for project download, station verification and production record upload.
Semi-automatic MES programming
The PCBA is placed in the fixture and a button lowers the probe block onto the programming pads. Scanning the barcode or 2D code on the PCBA downloads the project file from MES and starts programming. Progress and results are visible on screen; when finished a signal raises the fixture so the board can be swapped, and all production records are uploaded to MES. Multi-up panels are supported — one cycle can program several boards, with no limit on panel count.
Fully automatic inline programming
Working with automation equipment makers we support scan triggering, automatic project download from MES, station verification, programming, checksum read-back and programming log upload to MES.
- Fully automated flow, no manual handling
- 50–70% faster programming
- Round-the-clock continuous production
- Multi-up panel programming in a single cycle
Memory module SPD verification fixture
Scanning automatically verifies and programs SPD data; DDR4 and DDR5 modules are supported.
